New patients
Your first two visits
Here's what to expect when you start care with us.
Initial consultation
A detailed history and a thorough assessment. We don't begin treatment until we have all the information we need, so adjustments usually start at visit 2. If you've had X-rays or scans before, please send them through ahead of your initial consultation.
Report of findings and first treatment
We explain what your assessment showed, go through your care plan and start your first treatment.
Health funds
Most private health extras policies that include chiropractic give a rebate on each visit. The amount depends on your fund and level of cover. You pay at your appointment and claim directly through your fund.
Parking
There are parking bays right out the front of the clinic on Mackie Street, or free 4-hour parking a short walk away on Mackie Street.
