YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION

The first visit is all about listening and gathering the right information to guide your care. Here’s what a typical initial consultation will include:

  • A detailed health history

  • A thorough physical examination

  • Postural, neurological, and orthopaedic assessments

  • Digital scans (EMG and ICS, if required)

  • External referral for X-rays (approximately 90% of patients)

Please note: Adjustments are not typically performed during the initial consultation. We take the time to review all results first, so we can provide the most effective and safe care possible.

REPORT OF FINDINGS & YOUR CARE PLAN

Once we’ve reviewed your examination and any imaging results, we’ll meet again to go through our findings. This is your Report of Findings appointment, where we’ll:

  • Explain what we’ve discovered

  • Discuss how chiropractic care may help

  • Outline a personalised care plan tailored to your needs and goals

This visit usually includes your first adjustment, if appropriate.

ONGOING CONSULTATIONS

Ongoing appointments are efficient and focused. Each visit includes:

  • A brief check-in about your progress

  • Hands-on chiropractic adjustments tailored to your care plan

  • Soft tissue or additional techniques as needed

We value your time and aim to keep things simple, clear, and effective.
