Dr Alex Freeman

Founder/Chiropractor

Dr Alex Freeman holds Bachelor and Master level qualifications in Chiropractic from Murdoch University. He has completed extensive postgraduate training in sports chiropractic, paediatric chiropractic, maternity care, and ongoing professional development focused on spinal biomechanics, nervous system function, and the impact of modern lifestyle demands on the body.

With nearly two decades of experience, Alex has supported thousands of patients across both rural and metropolitan Australia. His career began in country South Australia, working between two small towns where access to healthcare was limited. This environment shaped a practical, hands-on approach to care, requiring adaptability, efficiency, and strong clinical decision-making.

After returning to Perth, Alex spent over a decade refining his skills while supporting patients from all walks of life and mentoring chiropractors entering the profession. His clinical background is strongly rooted in a broad experience in managing complex, long-standing spinal and musculoskeletal issues.

Alex is known for a direct, results-focused treatment style. His approach commonly incorporates firm spinal and extremity adjustments, dry needling, and soft tissue therapy. He is often sought out by people looking for clear answers and effective care, particularly when other approaches have not delivered lasting results.

Outside the clinic, Alex is a husband to Melissa and a proud father to two boys. He has a background in competitive swimming and experience across triathlons, football, gym training, and CrossFit. When he’s not working, he enjoys riding, swimming, spending time with friends, and watching the footy with his family.
